There’s no doubting that Samsung’s Galaxy S9+ is a top phone, and given what it had to work with, it’s no surprise. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ were excellent handsets, clones of each other set to bigger sizes, and using those as a template practically guarantees more excellence from Samsung. Read more

    • Still a great design, Fantastic performance, Some of the fastest 4G around, Excellent screen, Really solid camera, Fingerprint sensor is in a better location, Biometric security is good, Water resistant, Supports wireless charging, Includes a decent pair of wired AKG in-earphones and a case in th...
    • Low-light isn't great for video, AR Emoji is a very unimpressive gimmick, Battery life could be better, Bixby can get it very, very wrong, Expensive

With the S9 and S9+, Samsung swing their engineering talent, brand power and their overall focus back towards the camera side of the equation and, while the results of this pivot aren’t by any means poor, the whole thing does come off as a little predictable. Read more

    • Great camera for both stills and video, Infinity Display still great
    • Battery life, Bixby still kinda mediocre, Your mileage may vary on AR emojis

When we reviewed Samsung's large-screened new Galaxy smartphone last year, the Galaxy S8+ , we described it as "futuristic" for its huge display and edge-to-edge design. But the future arrived quickly afterward as most major smartphone makers, Apple included, adopted some version of a large,... Read more

Selected between this and P20Pro, the camera and the battery in the P20pro but wanted to put a bit on a P20pro and found that the resolution sucks, and lack of SD card, the lot fell on S9 + ist + sick cruel camera, won tests on p20pro when professionals compared them + battery life is cruel 6-7... Frankly, the only thing good on this nap is the screen. It's way too expensive and gives no premium feeling. Replace this with a Sony Compact and have never been satisfied even though the Sony model did not have Oled! Now Sony has also released Oled, will test it. Read more

For 10 months I have used my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus. It is undoubtedly the best phone I have owned so far. It's really fast, just big and has a fantastic camera. The fabulous screen covers more or less the entire front of the phone. Read more

The battery life is slightly awkward, but it has always been through a whole day without problems. In fact, I have nothing else to complain about. The screen is the best, the sound is awesome, the camera is a cannon and TouchWiz is so much better and more easy-to-use than ever. Read more

Really good mobile. My first Samsung was a s2 got it 2013 and had it until 2014 then I got a LG that I had until 2016. Then I switched to a s7 and that was the best mobile phone I ever had! And now I have a s9 and it's a lot faster than s7. Read more
