    I really appreciate this thing, with X-FI crystalizer, 3D surround it is better than any iPod or Sony NWZ! I am happy, that it has plastic back, non metal, because I am runner, and I am training during winter also, so I am sure, that my player wont freeze, because of plastic! But there are some other disadvantages like keypad, some keys are useless, if you are trying to find any key in dark, it makes trouble, the edges of buttons are sharp, and they are heavily pressed,... The Creative ZEN X-Fi combines features such as X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity Audio Technology that enables listeners to listen to the audio the way the artiste intended it to. It also allows an expandable memory and features organiser features such as calendar, contact and task list. It supports a variety of music files such as MP3, WMA and AAC as well as non protected .m4a from iTunes Plus. It connects via USB 2.0 and also has an intergrated radio with 32 preset stations.

Features

The Creative ZEN X-Fi allows users to experience music as it is originally intended to by the artist, with its award winning X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity Audio technology. The X-Fi technology directs the usual left/right earphones stereo sound away from the ears, and expands it for an audio experience with a large depth of field. The Creative ZEN X-Fi comes with EP-830 earphones with the capability of noise-isolation capability, however the Creative ZEN X-Fi can be used without earphones whilst relying to its built-in speakers. Music and photos can be streamed within a home network as well, the media can be transferred to its SD or SDHC card and is expandable. The memory capacity is 16GB or 32 GB. The movies and pictures are viewed on its 2.5" TFT screen with 16.7 million colours. It also supports a wide range of formats such as MP3, WMA and AAC, including non protected .m4a files from iTunes Plus, and for its photo formats it supports JPEG as well as can transcode BMP, GIF, PNG and TIFF. In addition to this it has a built-in FM radio with 32 preset stations. The Download Creative Centrale allows ripping, transferring and managing media content. It also records meetings or personal audio memos with its built-in voice recorder. Audio effects can be customised with its 8 preset EQ’s, the eight preset EQ’s can be altered as well by changing its bass boost and volume controls, besides customizing audio effects, even the alarm tone can be created to suit the user’s needs, it also includes other organiser features such as calendar, contact, and task list. It uses the USB 2.0 connectivity method and uses a built-in Li-ion battery.
