Kingdom Hearts III is a love letter to fans and the perfect end to a saga seventeen years in the making. Backed by a strong cast of characters and a near-perfect combat system, Sora and friends' final journey is sure to please both new and old fans alike. Read more

    • Incredible Combat. A huge array of classic Disney characters. Gorgeous world design. A stunning score that ebbs and flows with the story to great effect. Beautiful graphics and effects throughout.
    • May be a bit cutscene heavy for some. Repetition in dialogue and some of the bigger animations wear thin after a few hours. Voice acting and dialogue can feel a bit stilted and unnatural at times. Story can feel very convoluted and packed with jargon.

Kingdom Hearts III is a tough game to critique because it’s going to be different things to different people. To newcomers and casual fans it’ll be a slick, fun JRPG with a decent amount of Disney fanservice but more than a few superfluous features and a bewildering plot. Read more

Kingdom Hearts III is a product of a development hell. It has too many ideas, too many characters, and too many mistakes holding it back. It is a fun experience that I recommend just for how addictive and smooth the combat is. Read more

    • Combat is fun and smooth, The world’s are visually diverse
    • Very little gameplay variety, Too many ideas stuffed in, The story is bonkers and poorly written

This game has been a long, LONG time coming, but the wait was more than worth it. It's beautiful, cinematic, emotional. It's packed with enough gameplay features to let each player create their own style of play, and enough content and hidden secrets to keep you coming back again and again. Read more

This game has no flow. My controller spent most of the idle as cut scene after cut scene. You might get 5 maybe 10 minutes of actual gameplay before another cut scene. I didn’t finish this game, purely because I wanted to play a game, and not watch a poorly scripted Disney movie and confusing plot. Read more

Kingdom Hearts may be a bit niche but fans should feel somewhat satisfied with this ending to the Xehanort saga. It may seem short and easy at times but the story is solid and the graphics are breathtaking. Really looking forward to what Nomura-sama does next with the franchise Read more

A great ‘finale’ to the series so far, wrapped up a great number of the stories told in the titles so far. Some of the disney worlds did seem a little short lived and it felt weird there not being a single final fantasy character included this time. Read more

Nearly 20 years of waiting. I’ve moved on, but Kingdom Hearts hasn’t. While a competent title. You can breeze through a lacking amount of worlds and story within 20–30 hours. There is some side content, there seems to be something lacking. Read more
