    Vampyr is a dark and dour adventure that drips atmosphere. Its shortcomings can be easily overlooked by anyone wanting a character-rich journey into darkness. Read more

    • Stellar storytelling and characterisation. Nails the dark tone and setting. A compelling balancing act between good and evil, monster and man.
    • Combat is lacking, especially in the early game. It sits firmly in the AA space, which can be off-putting for some. The dark nature of the game is certainly not for everyone.

    The game is slow paced, a lot of talking and walking around and reading and exploring. Good story though, but you die easily and what got to me the most was how long the game took to reload every time after dying. Got to a point where it was too frustrating, and turned it off. Read more
