There isn't any doubt that the PlayStation Move attempts to offer a casual, family-friendly option on the otherwise hardcore-centric PlayStation 3. After all, that was the whole idea, right? So when a game comes along like TV Superstars, you can basically sense its family-friendliness and overt accessibility from a mile away. Read more

And that’s really the crux of the issue with TV Superstars. There simply isn’t much meat on this bone. The game has personality, and I appreciate that, but where’s the substance? There’s a nice idea to build off of here, and TV Superstars is probably one of the better investments for games to play with the Move. But then again, that’s not really saying much. Even if you’re playing with friends, TV Superstars is best relegated to a weekend rental. Read more

TV Superstars is best enjoyed with a dose of perspective. Its attempt to capture the zeitgeist is, for the most part, done well. If the game had a less overbearing agenda, and worked properly where it was supposed to, it would be possible to completely overlook its cursory context and concentrate on the gameplay, which is reasonably enjoyable thanks to the variety of minigames designed to stretch the Move's capabilities. • Minigames are fun and varied, Multiplayer component works well.
    • An shallow context that focuses too much on the pursuit of fame, A few busted gameplay features, Some control issues.

This game is truly a hoot. Perfect family/party game with loads of laughs and a massive amount of unlockable content. Easy to use and hard to master which makes it great for players of all levels. You start off by creating your character and taking 3 photos of yourself (normal, smiling and angry) along with a voice-over. The characters body is cartoon with your face - hilarious! Freaky how realistic some can turn out too. Recommended for family and parties. Read more
