   So all wrapped up Battlefield 3 is definitely a legitimate contender to the FPS throne and personally I find it a more enjoyable and refreshing experience over Modern Warfare 3. Though with all the comparisons going around it is worth point out that both games provide quite a different online FPS experience so I’m not saying that MW 3 is bad, but BF 3 just did so much more for me this year and is where I’ll spending most of my online time this holidays.    I could go on and on for another 3000 words about the multiplayer in BF3 but that would be a waste of my time and yours. Every FPS game has its place but if you loved Battlefield 2 and Battlefield Bad Company 2 and sunk hours into the multiplayer of those games, then be prepared to sink another few hundred hours into Battlefield 3.    • jets return to the Battlefield, 100+ hours of unlocks, online action that cannot be matched, some inspired map design, great Battlelog stats system, class change...
   • a few remaining glitches, single player is enjoyable, but forgettable, the recons miss their C4 ;-)

   The maps and vehicles allow for a great degree of strategic freedom, but choosing your class and loadout is the first and most important decision you make before spawning into combat. Abilities and weapons have shuffled around a bit since , so now the assault class slings health packs and totes defibrillators, while the support class carries light machine guns and ammunition boxes.    • Campaign is disappointing and dull, Only six cooperative missions, No way to practice jet flight outside of multiplayer.
